Georgia Speeding Laws

Under the Georgia Super Speeder Law, you will be pay an extra $200 if you drive 75 mph or more on a two-lane road or 85 mph or more on any road or highway in Georgia.  The Georgia Department of Driver Services will send a notice requesting the $200 fine and if you fail to pay the fine within 120 days, then your license will be suspended.  If your license is suspended, you must pay the $200 fine and $50 reinstatement fee to reinstate your license.
